Mindfulness Through Separation, Divorce and Post Divorce

Mindfulness Through Separation, Divorce and Post Divorce

Details

Are you a parent, or professional who works with parents, who are in the process of

separation, divorce, post divorce or step family dynamics whose insides turn upside

down every time their co-parenting partner sends them a message, they get an alert on

their phone from a co-parenting app or texts or calls or they have to deal with their

co-parent in any way?

What if this could be different? Calmer...even if your co-parent doesn’t change at all?

Are you ready to make a commitment to yourself to learning skills that will help you,

your children and your co-parenting relationship? Are you ready to make an investment

in yourself for a calmer nervous system, to be better equipped for if and how to respond

to your co-parent and to reclaim your life as you are striving to have it be now?

Then this group is for YOU! It IS possible for your life, your reactions, your skills and

knowledge all to be improved by September 2, 2026. Let’s spend the summer working

on this together to make these shifts.

Every Wednesday July 15 - September 2, 2026. 6:00-8:00pm

Location: Virtual on Zoom.

This will be an educational group focused on building mindfulness and

detachment skills that can powerfully improve your actions and reactions in your

co-parenting relationship. We WILL have cameras on and we WILL be sharing

our experiences in the group. All group members will be asked to agree to keep

everyone’s confidentiality in the group. You will be able to indicate if there are

people (like your co-parenting partner, their new partner, etc. who you prefer NOT

to attend this group with. On the occasion that there is a conflict, the person

whose registration is received first will be in the group.
